Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Brand Designer to join our team. Brand designers are responsible for evolving and maintaining visual identity, producing a range of digital and printed marketing materials, and managing design team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

  • Designing and updating digital and printed brand and marketing materials
  • Managing a design team, overseeing work, setting goals, and measuring performance
  • Translating business goals into visually compelling layouts and user experiences
  • Ensuring consistency across various channels and departments with brand guidelines
  • Evolving, expanding, and maintaining company’s visual brand
  • Mentoring designers in best practices, design process, and ideation

Skills and requirements

  • Proficiency in modern design tools
  • Ability to create concepts align with brand strategy data
  • Strong mentorship and feedback skills
  • Excellent organization, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to create brand tone of voice
  • Proficiency in illustration is considered as extra point
  • People and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality outcomes
  • Experience in developing and maintaining brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials
  • Skill in designing logos, icons, and other brand elements that resonate with the target audience
  • Dedication to staying updated on design trends and incorporating them into brand materials

On a typical week

During the first month of collaboration, team members are guided by department leads or the CTO, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
