Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our team. The CTOs oversee the execution of cutting-edge solutions, supervise a group of engineers in the evaluation of new technologies, and match technical skills with commercial goals. Essentially, the CTO influences the company's future by using technology to promote permanent expansion and gain an advantage over their rivals.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

  • Providing strategic direction for the organization's technological development and innovation.
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of technology solutions to meet business needs.
  • Leading and managing the technology team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Setting and managing the technology budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborating with other executives to align technology initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Evaluating emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness.
  • Ensuring the security and integrity of the organization's data and technology infrastructure.
  • Establishing and enforcing technology standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Representing the organization in technology-related discussions with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.

Skills and requirements

  • Expertise in process analysis and design
  • Experience in crisis management (Disaster Recovery)
  • Possessing an interest towards acquiring knowledge and being updated of the most recent advancements in the area of software.
  • The ability to effectively prioritize work and establish timetables.
  • Demonstrating superior analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Generating accurate and ongoing updates on the software team's development and delivering them to the project's stakeholders
  • Facilitating efficient and engaging communication among team members and stakeholders on problems and concerns, while actively seeking and implementing solutions.
  • Responsible, on schedule, and precise
