Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee performance and align with our organizational objectives. Utilizing your expertise in instructional design, learning principles, and organizational development, you will contribute to the growth and success of our employees and the overall organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

  • Creating and maintaining engaging learning materials, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, and multimedia presentations.
  • Facilitating training sessions both in-person and virtually, adapting methods to suit diverse learning styles and maximizing training effectiveness.
  • Conducting thorough needs assessments to identify knowledge and skills gaps within the organization. Collaborate with various departments to gather insights and develop tailored training plans.
  • Establishing metrics to assess the impact of training programs, analyzing data, and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop accurate and relevant training content. Provide coaching and support to employees and managers.
  • Overseeing the organization’s Learning Management System, ensuring proper functionality, accessibility, and user support.

Skills and requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess training needs and measure effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Adaptability and creativity in developing innovative training solutions.
  • Strong instructional design skills, proficiency in eLearning tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

During the first month of collaboration, team members are guided by department leads or the CHRO, ensuring a seamless onboarding process. If both parties are satisfied, the collaboration has the potential to extend beyond the initial trial period.
