We are seeking an experienced and passionate Motion Designer to join our team. A Motion Designer effectively uses digital applications and develops visually captivating content for different media platforms. They collaborate with creative teams and require a broad understanding of design ideas and animation approaches. Proficiency in organization and communication skills is essential, as is the ability to effectively operate in high-pressure situations and comply with strict time constraints.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

• Creating visually appealing visuals and animations for different kinds of media
• Collaborating with creative teams to develop ideas and visual concepts
• Utilizing software applications such as After Effects and Cinema 4D
• Enhancing the efficacy of visual idea communication through the creation of storyboards and animations
• Developing and executing design elements, including typography, color palettes, and visual representations
• Managing several projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
• Staying up to date on the latest software developments and trends in technology
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders and team members to accomplish project goals
• Managing project timelines and ensuring project completion within allocated budgets
• Maintaining high standards of quality by assessing and providing helpful feedbacks

Skills and requirements

• Expertise with programs including Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D, and After Effects
• Proficiency in design concepts including composition, color theory, and typography
• Deep comprehension of animation methods like character animation, rigging, and keyframes
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities to collaborate with stakeholders and teams efficiently
• Capability to oversee many projects at once and operate under pressure
• Dedication to producing high-caliber work and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving abilities to overcome technical and design obstacles
• Awareness of emerging software developments and technological trends
