Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate PHP Developer (Laravel) to join our team. PHP Developers are in charge of overseeing back-end services and data transfer between the server and users. In this role, they are responsible for creating server-side logic, establishing and maintaining the central database, and guaranteeing high speed and quick response to front-end requests.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

• Developing and maintaining web applications using the PHP programming language (Laravel)
• Solving complex performance difficulties and related architectural problems
• Writing clean and efficient code and optimizing application performance and scalability with PHP
• Integrating third-party libraries and APIs with PHP projects
• Participating at all stages of software development, troubleshooting problems as they arise, and finding solutions
• Creating and implementing additional features to make it easier to use associated procedures and tools where applicable
• Testing and debugging new applications and updates
• Maintaining up-to-date code documentation
• Conducting and participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and scope

Skills and requirements

• Proficiency in PHP and related frameworks
• Experience working with server-side programming languages and databases
• Knowing the principles of software development and design patterns Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Ability to write efficient and optimal code
• Strong problem solving and debugging skills
• Experience working with version control systems such as Git
• Familiarity with web services and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
