Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Planning manager to join our team. As a Planning Manager, you will have a crucial role in enhancing our business operations by implementing strategic planning and effectively allocating resources. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans that promote efficiency, productivity, and growth. With a focus on market trends and demand forecasting, you will utilize various planning methodologies to effectively prepare our organization for meeting its objectives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

  • Overseeing the creation and execution of strategic plans to meet business goals.
  • Examining market trends, competitor activities, and internal data to identify potential opportunities and risks.
  • Analyzing demand, capacity, and resource needs to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Working closely with departmental managers to ensure plans and resources are in line with the overall goals of the organization.
  • Monitoring and evaluating plan performance toward established metrics and KPIs.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices in planning and execution.
  • Offering strong leadership and guidance to the planning team, ensuring their work is in line with company objectives.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in planning and operations management.

  • Ability to effectively lead teams from various departments.
