Job Description

A Product Manager plays a crucial role in the development and success of a company's products. They are responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing improvements. Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales, the Product Manager ensures that the products meet customer needs and align with the company's business objectives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

  • Product Strategy: The Product Manager develops and executes a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the overall vision and goals of the company.
  • Market Research: Conducting thorough market research is a key responsibility to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities. This data informs product development decisions.
  • Product Roadmap: The Product Manager creates and maintains a well-defined and prioritized product roadmap, considering customer feedback, market analysis, and business requirements.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborating with various stakeholders, the Product Manager collects and documents detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Product Development: Guiding the product development process, the Product Manager collaborates with engineering and design teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features and functionalities.
  • Product Launch: Planning and executing successful product launches, including communication strategies, marketing collateral, and sales enablement materials.
  • Product Performance: Monitoring and analyzing key product metrics and performance indicators to assess the success of the product and make data-driven decisions for improvements.

Skills and requirements
