Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate User Experience Research (UX Research) Specialist to join our team. As a UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in shaping our products and services by deeply understanding our users and their needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conduct research that informs product strategy and design decisions. From gathering user insights to evaluating the usability of our products, you will employ a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover valuable insights.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

• Planning and conducting user research studies to uncover user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
• Employing a diverse range of research methods, such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics analysis.
• Utilizing research findings to provide valuable insights that shape product strategy and design.
• Working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to prioritize and implement research findings.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX research.

Skills and requirements

• knowledge of UX research or a similar discipline.
• Expertise in several research methodologies, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
• Proficient in analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
